Introducing HAPPA's excellent Welfare Officers, Miss Janine Ashworth and Mr David McCormick. Both officers offer advice and guidance on all aspects of equine care and investigate allegations of cruelty or neglect in the North of the country.

Please note that there is a answering service on this line offering an emergency number to accommodate emergency calls outside of normal office hours.
