Wednesday 30th June - Greek Night at Gregory Farm. 3 course greek themed meal for just £10 per person. 7.30pm. Guests are able to bring along their own drinks. Admission by ticket only (available from Gregory Farm Visitor's Centre). Quiz, raffle Thursday 1st July An evening with Andrew Cooper Dip WCF. An in depth look at the working of the equine limb, with a dissection to show what is really going on inside a horse's leg. Discussion on laminitis, navicular and your chance to ask questions. Booking in advance £5 per ticket includes supper - 01282 455992. Wednesday 14th July- Super Summer Prize Bingo at Gregory Farm Visitor Centre. Doors open at 7pm for 8pm start. Ten games plus snowball ticket, £2 for book of 10 tickets and £1 per snowball ticket. Great prizes to be won including wines, spirts and gifts! Sunday 25th July 2pm- 3.30pm Members and Adopters VIP day at Gregory Farm. Meet the adoption ponies, spend time with the HAPPA team and enjoy special activities and a complimentary afternoon tea. FREE to all members and adopters, please RSVP to Head Office to let us know that you are attending- 01282 455992. Sunday 1st August Open Day & Car Boot Sale at Shores Hey Farm 12noon-4pm. Car boot £10 per car please pre-book your space with farm manager Julie Jackson 01282 435067. Open Day displays including Cooper's Critters Animal Encounters, Bill Heslop and his sheep dogs, Holconbe Hunt Pony Club mounted games, Farrier Display. Also Roebuck's Donkey Rides, adoption ponies fancy dress competition, dog show (entries on the day at 12noon) and side stalls and refreshments. Entry fee £1 per person. Further details 01282 435067. Sunday 22nd August Open Day at Gregory Farm. Traditional crafts and activities, stalls, displays and much much more. Entry fee just £2 per adult, £1 per child. Tel 07920128694. Wednesday 13th October - Race Night with supper at Gregory Farm Visitor's Centre. Just £5.00 per person to include pie and mash supper plus FREE prize race. Bets for all other races will be extra. 7.30pm start. Sunday 31st October - Spooky Halloween at Gregory Farm - Children's fancy dress, apple bobbing, quiz, refreshments etc. Just £1.00 per child for HAPPA members and adopters. All other children just £2.50 Wednesday 10th November - Curry Night at Gregory Farm. 7.30pm. 3 course Indian themed meal for just £10 per person. Wednesday 1st December - Christmas Quiz at Gregory Farm Visitor's Centre. Doors open 7.30pm for an 8.00pm start. Just £1.00 per person to enter and prizes for the winning team. Sunday 5th December - Christmas Fayre at Gregory Farm. 11am - 3pm. Stalls, cards, gifts, tombola plus special Christmas menu. Bring your child to see Santa. Admission FREE. Wednesday 8th December - Christmas Prize Bingo at Gregory Farm. Doors open 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start. Ten games plus snowball. Just £2.00 for a book of ten tickets plus £1.00 for the snowball ticket. Great prizes including wines, spirits, hampers, gifts. Sunday 12th December - Christmas Fayre at Shores Hey Farm 12noon - 4pm. Join us for the traditional blessing of the Centre's animals, carols and a visit from Santa. Raffle, stalls, gifts etc. Refreshments available. << back |
