Shores Hey Farm Rescue Centre

Shores Hey Rescue Centre nestles in the scenic hills above Burnley Lancashire and its 60 acres and extensive stable buildings are home to approx 80 equines at any one time. The Centre manager and staff enjoy welcoming visitors and introducing them to the many animals in their care.

Shores Hey is a busy Centre and is also the site of our organisational headquarters. We enjoy many regular visitors and often play host to local groups and organisations who enjoy visiting our animals, making a purchase from our shop or simply enjoying light refreshments in our Visitor’s Centre.

The Centre offers many activities for visitor’s to enjoy and holds educational workshops and open days throughout the year. Click here to view some of the horses, ponies and donkeys on our adoption scheme at Shores Hey Farm.
