Born 2015, 15hh, Trotter X, Piebald, Mare.
Khaleesi came into the Centre after she was part of a multi-agency rescue. She was completely unhandled, full of lice, overgrown feet and suffering with a worm infestation. Khaleesi came in with two other yearlings, one being her daughter, whilst in foal. Since being at the Centre the Equine Care Team have worked hard for her to be handled, have her feet done and learn the basics of being a horse. Due to her conformation she unfortunately didn’t pass the assessments to become a Rideable equine.
She is ideally looking for a home with daily handling but plenty of turnout. She would make a great company to a small group of horses, although still wary of new situations and people after a settling in period she has a heart of gold.
She is good to do in all ways and will turn out with both mares and geldings. She still requires an experienced home for her to continue to grow and trust people.
