HAPPA Tiger’s Rescue Story

HAPPA Tiger 15.2hh Skewbald Standardbred X Mare Born 2010

Came to HAPPA under The Cross Agency Agreement after being found Fly-Grazing on council owned land. She was seized and impounded with no owner coming forward to take responsibility. Blood tests revealed that she had contracted Equine Flu and a Streptococcal infection for which she had to endure a lengthy isolation period on arrival at Shores Hey Farm.
Tiger is a fighter having built up a good immune system and has matured into a lovely little mare and has all the makings of a super all-rounder. Tiger has been put on a training programme and is in the process of being mouthed and backed. Her future is very bright; she has a kind nature and is willing to please in all aspects. Once she is established in all three paces (walk, trot, canter) with a rider on board she will be looking to find her Forever Home.
