Work For Us

Here at HAPPA we invest in people who we believe can help the Charity continue our vital work. Working for a welfare charity can be difficult at times because of the nature of our work, but knowing you’re part of a charity that is making a difference to equine lives is incredibly rewarding.

We are a supportive, inclusive, caring organisation that cares deeply about staff and volunteers, supporters, and those that we work with, to improve and promote equine welfare.

We are inspirational, a small charity and team with a big heart, with great ambitions and a creative fair.

We pride ourselves in offering a professional service to all equines and humans that cross our path.

We develop employee skills and ability, alongside structural and operational areas.

We are outstanding – Come and Work for Us!
