Munchkin is a beautiful welsh pony mare who is looking for her home as a companion. She is a 6 yrs old and stands at around 12hh. Whilst she has spent some time under saddle, she displayed characteristics that made her unsuitable as a child’s pony so it is important that she finds a home that will respect that she is strictly a companion pony.

Munchkin loves a fuss. She is good to bath, stands well for the vet and farrier. She turns out in mixed herds but can be a little marish towards others. She will be happy to live in or out as she enjoys spending time in her stable.

At times. Munchkin can be reactive to loud noises such as engines starting or a helicopter flying overhead. This can make her panic and she needs a firm, confident and capable handler when she is being led to help her through her brief moments of worry.  Alongside this, she can display typical ‘mare-ish’ behaviours such as pulling faces and general sassiness. Once she has formed a bond, she is extremely lovable.

Munchkin will thrive in the right environment and is already dreaming of finding her forever family.
