Hi, I’m Maximus,

My friend HAPPA Bruno and I were abandoned when our owner disappeared, leaving us alone on rented land. The landowners tried their best, but we needed more help than they could give. Our hooves were overgrown, our teeth were painful, and we were struggling.

Thankfully, a kind neighbour contacted HAPPA. They rescued us under the Control of Horses Act and brought us to safety at Shores Hey Farm.

Now I’m finally getting the care I need. With your support I can continue my recovery and become part of something bigger; helping to educate people so no horse is ever left behind like we were.
