Hello everyone, I’m Ruby!

I came to Shores Hey Farm with my friend, HAPPA Ruben, via the RSPCA after our welfare needs were sadly not being met.

Since arriving, I’ve completed my isolation period and settled in well on the Main Yard. I’ve now been fully assessed by the Team and I’m very excited to be joining the HAPPA Sponsorship Scheme, where I’ll help educate the public on equine welfare and the importance of responsible horse ownership.

Some of you may have noticed the brand on my left hind leg – this is the Oldenburg brand, which identifies the breeding line I come from. Not every horse is branded, but it’s still done at some stud yards.

I’m a sweet girl who enjoys attention, being pampered and spending time with my friends in the field.

I’ve heard lots of lovely things about sponsors and can’t wait to meet you all!
