HAPPA Rose's Story
Hi, my name is Rose, AKA Princess Rose.
I was found abandoned in a big field in 2019 with seven of my equine friends. HAPPA worked with other welfare charities to Rescue us to the safety of Shores Hey Farm.
It took me a while to settle here as I was worried about human contact, but I soon realised that this is the best thing ever! I love nothing more than to have a kiss and cuddle with my visitors. Therefore, I was chosen to be an Educational Horse as I just adore human interaction. Sometimes when our instructor isn’t watching I will try to untie myself by shaking my lead rope up and down so that I can come and cuddle more with the group.
When I’m not busy as an Educational Horse, you will often find me enjoying a pamper or a midday nap. All that teaching can be quite tiring, and I expect nothing less than to be treated like the princess that I am.
Love Rose x
