CUBE HR Jump at the Chance to Help HAPPA

July 13, 2021

CUBE HR, an award winning Burnley based human resources consultancy firm, strongly believe that Happy Employees make Happy Customers. Well, the team at CUBE HR have also made the HAPPA (Horses and Ponies Protection Association) team, and the cutest coloured foal at the Charity’s Shores Hey Farm, very happy too.
They have done this by being HAPPA’s first ever Corporate Sponsor, giving monthly contributions to the care of a foal whose mother was found in the most horrendous living conditions. By naming the foal HAPPA Cube the company will be remembered for their commitment to her plight and will now be able to follow little Cube’s progress throughout her rehabilitation by receiving email blogs, regular updates and free access to visit Shores Hey Farm at any time. Cube will even attend a team meeting via Zoom, just so that the team can have a fix of cuteness overload.
Claire Thwaite, CUBE HR’s Head of HR Excellence, says “We are already proud to work with HAPPA in a professional capacity, so when we learned about the opportunity to sponsor a horse we jumped at the chance, we’re horse lovers anyway and knowing we’ve been able to give a horse a Second Chance at a great life means so much to us.
We can’t wait to be able to bring our families down to meet HAPPA Cube and watch her grow and develop under the loving hands of the HAPPA team.”
HAPPA, based at Shores Hey Farm in Briercliffe, give a second chance to neglected, abused and unwanted equines through rescue, rehabilitation, rehoming and education.
Laura Brown, HAPPA’s Head of Income Generation, says “We are absolutely delighted to welcome on-board CUBE HR as our first corporate sponsors and we hope that this will just be the start of local businesses looking to support the Charity, to continue the vital work that we do across Lancashire and further afield. I would just like to say thank you to everyone at CUBE HR.”
If you would like to follow in CUBE HR’s hoof steps and would ‘jump’ at the chance of supporting HAPPA then further details about Sponsorship Packages are available on the Charity’s website Becoming a Corporate Sponsor will make a real difference to neglected, abused and unwanted horses, ponies and donkeys.
