KBL Solicitors & APFS Financial Advisors drop in clinic

January 25, 2019

KBL Solicitors and APFS Financial Advisors are delighted to assist HAPPA patrons by providing a FREE drop in clinic at their fantastic café at Shores Hey Farm, Briercliffe on Tuesday 12th February, 11.00am – 4.00pm.

This is an informal free drop-in clinic where you can simply turn up on the day with no appointments necessary to see a solicitor and/or financial advisor. We are riders ourselves and so appreciate the special requirements of the equestrian community.

KBL Solicitors offer legal support, advice and guidance for you, your partner, children, parents, elderly or infirm relatives across a wide variety of matters, including:
 Wills
 Protection of assets (from negative circumstances that may touch upon the lives of you or your family either during life or on death)
 Lasting Powers of Attorney, both personal & business
 Probate & contested probate
 Inheritance tax
 Trust advice
 Advice for the elderly
 Pre- & post-nuptial agreements
 Co-habitation agreements & disputes
 Divorce & separation
 Civil partnership disputes
 Child arrangement disputes
 Financial settlements

APFS are offering a free financial health check. They will also be on hand to explain and offer guidance regarding life & health protection policies, pension unlocking and/or pension consolidation and financial planning.

If you’re at HAPPA you’re probably a horse fanatic (as are we) and are already fully aware of the risks you take every time you get on or are around a horse. But did you know that there are things you can put in place to protect finances, children and those financially or emotionally dependent on you if you were to become incapacitated through an accident?

Come along on Tuesday 12th February to find out more about how you can plan and protect for the future. If you’d like some advice but aren’t available on the day please call Gill Hart on 01254 268790 to arrange a free no obligation meeting or telephone conversation.
