We have chosen to share this news with you now that the case closed at Court today, it is appropriate to share with our supporters our involvement.
HAPPA were alerted to the plight of a number of equines in Blackpool and Equine Inspector, Tracy Capper, was one of the first on site to begin investigations. Quickly realising the extent of the issues, and the number of animals involved, Tracy worked collaboratively with a number of other agencies to take action.
Tracy Capper HAPPA Equine Inspector says “I am proud to have been a part of the rescue of these equines. My role is never going to be easy but I am glad that we were able to take action collaboratively to ensure a future for those who survived.”
